However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a returns and exchanges process that’s as warm and welcoming as our Christmas community.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Digital patterns and embroidery CDs (Bird Brain Designs Pattern and Embroidery CDs)
  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Cut fabric (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Clearance or sale items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and materials.
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Notify us when you’ve shipped the return package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged goods.
