  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat Rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Digital patterns and embroidery CDs (e.g., Bird Brain Designs Pattern and Embroidery CDs)
  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Cut fabric (unless it is defective)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Clearance or sale items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and materials.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address provided in your approval email using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Notify Us: Let us know once you’ve shipped the return package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product).
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow your bank or credit card company an additional 3-10 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
